What This Is

For institutional investors, founders, and c-suite executives facing a consequential decision, a live investment case, or a governance question that requires a qualified external perspective. One focused session on the problem at hand.

This is not a strategy workshop, a coaching call, or a general consultation. It is a structured session in which Parraghy Advisory reviews the materials submitted in advance, stress-tests the assumptions underlying the situation, and walks through the implications and trade-offs from an independent systems and organizational science perspective.

All decisions and their implementation remain entirely with you.

How This Works

After booking via Calendly, you receive two emails: a confirmation and a request for contextual information and materials.

You submit required materials at least 4 business days before the session.

Materials are reviewed within 1–2 business days of submission. If complete, preparation begins. If anything is missing, you will be contacted.

During the session: Parraghy Advisory shares its strategic perspective, walks through options, implications, trade-offs, and the reasoning behind them, and addresses your questions.

All decisions and their implementation remain entirely with you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation ≥4 days before session: 50% refund. Cancellation <4 days: no refund. Required materials not submitted ≥4 days before session: session may be rescheduled; if not, auto-cancelled with no refund. No-shows are treated as completed sessions and are non-refundable.

Why this policy exists: each booking overrides other tasks and calendar items, requiring their rescheduling. Significant preparation is involved before every session. The 4-day deadline ensures adequate time for analysis. Last-minute cancellations prevent the slot from being offered to others.
