What This Is

A deep structural assessment of an organization's decision-making systems and governance design. For founders of scaling businesses, institutional investors with stakes in scaling businesses, and executives of organizations with structural or systemic problems caused by misalignment.

The €15,000 fee serves either as full payment for a standard diagnostic — straightforward governance, aligned multi-entity, contained complexity — or as a non-refundable deposit for complex engagements or advisory mandates, applied toward the annual fee.

All decisions and their implementation remain entirely with you.

How This Works

After booking via Calendly, you receive two emails: a confirmation and a request for contextual information and materials.

You submit required materials at least 10 business days before the session.

Materials are reviewed within 2 business days. Standard engagements proceed as booked. If the situation is more complex, you receive an email with your options outlined.

During the session: Parraghy Advisory presents findings, explains what could be done and the reasoning behind each option, maps implications and trade-offs, and addresses your questions.

All decisions and their implementation remain entirely with you.

Payment Options

The €15,000 payment serves either as: (1) full payment for a standard diagnostic with straightforward governance, aligned multi-entity, and contained complexity; or (2) a non-refundable deposit for complex engagements or advisory mandates, applied directly toward the annual fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation ≥10 days before session: 50% refund. Cancellation <10 days: no refund. Required materials not submitted ≥10 days before session: session may be rescheduled; if not, auto-cancelled with no refund. Rescheduling is permitted at any time subject to availability; repeated last-minute rescheduling (3 or more times) results in cancellation without refund.

Why this policy exists: each booking overrides other tasks and calendar items, requiring their rescheduling. Extensive preparation is involved before every diagnostic session. The 10-day deadline ensures adequate time for analysis. Last-minute cancellations prevent the slot from being offered to others.
